All bookings begin with a private application. After your application is reviewed, selected clients are invited to schedule a consultation to discuss the date, location, menu, occasion, privacy needs, and desired experience. 

Yes, NDA-level discretion may be discussed for high-profile clients, public figures, celebrities, executives, and private VIP experiences. 

Restaurants offer public dining. Intimate Occasions creates a private luxury experience inside your home with customized menus, romantic table design, guided conversation options, personal service, and complete privacy. 

We recommend a minimum of 2-4 weeks for standard experiences and 6-8 weeks for custom luxury events. 

Our packages start at $1000. Every experience is custom-quoted based on your vision, menu, experience, location, and add-ons. Request a quote for exact pricing. 

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. 

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may receive a partial credit toward a future booking. Full details are provided in your booking agreement.
 

Absolutely. Customization is our standard. During your consultation, we'll build your experience from scratch or modify an existing package to match your exact preferences. 

Yes. We coordinate all elements — décor, florals, candles, table design, props, music, photography, and special touches like custom conversation prompt cards, scent curation, personalized gifts, or special requests. Everything is handled so you can be fully present. 

Yes. We transform any space — your home, a rented venue, outdoor locations, hotel suites, rooftops, or private estates.

Yes. Every client receives a detailed service agreement outlining scope, pricing, timelines, and policies before any work begins. 

If photography is included in your package, (an add-on service) edited images are delivered within 7-14 business days. We also provide a post-event follow-up to gather feedback. 

Yes. We offer retainer packages for clients who want ongoing monthly or quarterly intimate experiences planned for them. Ask about our BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP Subscription.
